Ken FrazierChairman
Ken Frazier graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1979. He has been associated with the firm of Felt, Martin, Frazier & Jacobs, P.C., since 1980. His practice includes general civil practice with an emphasis on healthcare, corporations, business and commercial transactions, and real estate.

Bob RossBob Ross recently retired after having worked in the Chemical Dependency and Mental Health field for 37 years. He is a licensed Professional Counselor and has provided direct care to individuals, families and couples in Billings throughout his career. In addition, he has spent most of his years in the management and leadership of Mental Health Organizations. His most recent position was Executive Director of South Central Montana Regional Mental Health Center in Billings.
Bob currently provides private, clinical and management consultation to Mental Health Organizations. Bob has served on numerous Boards and Committees both for the State of Montana and other Provider Organizations. He is a current member of the Montana Mental Health and Oversight Advisory Counsel. Most recently he was appointed to the Montana Mental Health Settlement Trust Committee.

Ronald Sexton, Ph.DVice Chair
Ronald P. Sexton, Ph.D., is Chancellor of Montana State University Billings. He served as Vice President for Academic Affairs Provost for 10 years and was the Director, Institute for Habilitative Services for 10 years. He has served on multiple boards, including, Big Sky Development Corporation, Leadership Montana and the Salvation Army.

John Cote
John Cote is a native of Butte, Montana. He graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA. He has been a financial services professional for nearly 30 years. Currently John is an independent financial consultant in Billings.

- Glenn McFarlaneGlenn McFarlane was appointed as CEO of YBGR in October 2006 after the previous CEO resigned for medical reasons. Before accepting the position of CEO, Glenn had worked for YBGR for 16 years as the director of marketing and had been the chief financial officer since 1992. He graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 1972 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. The CEO is a voting member of the YBGR board.

- Brett EvertzBrett Evertz is a Consumer Loan Officer for Altana Federal Credit Union. He has been in the banking industry for six plus years. Brett grew up on a local farm and ranch operation. He is active is several youth organizations in the community such as Yellowstone County 4-H, March of Dimes, United Way and Muscular Dystrophy. Brett has also been a volunteer at Poly Drive School and taught “Teach Children to Save.”

- Debbie GillilandDebbie Gilliland has had a successful 20+ year career in the financial industry. She owned and operated a specialty retail business, negotiated leases, and has created, managed, and implemented business plans and budgets throughout her career.

Stella ZieglerSecretary
Stella Ziegler has operated several businesses, including Stella’s Kitchen and Bakery for the last 31 years, in Billings. She received the 2009 YWCA Salute to Women Award and the 2008 Billings Chamber Roche Jaune Award for the Business Person of the Year. Stella has served on many boards including the Citizen's Advisory Council for Conoco; Catholic Diocese of Great Falls/Billings Finance Board; and the Foundation Board for local Catholic Schools.

- Terrill (Terry) R. MooreTerry Moore has worked with First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. since 1979 and as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President beginning in 1990. He graduated with an accounting degree from Montana State University and completed the Senior Executive Program at Columbia University. Terry has prior service on the YBGR board and YBGR Foundation board. He also serves on the board for St Vincent Healthcare.

- Anthony (Tony) L. GeorgeTony George is a Wealth Advisor and Branch Manager with UBS Wealth Management in Billings. He has worked in the financial services industry for 18 years. He is a Big Brother for BBBSYC and a board member for America’s Hand in Hand. Tony sits on his church council, helped design, and is involved in the men’s ministry. Tony and his wife Bonnie of eight years have a passion for mentoring individuals and couples.
